I have implemented state-of-the-art member support software, and through my Customer Support Center I can provide you with a level of service not often experienced within the industry. However, in order to ensure high level of service, I must ask that you use the support ticket system.

I receive over a few hundred e-mails a day, and I cannot guarantee timely service if you don't use the support ticket system. How long will my chat room ban last?

Solution

Depending on your violation, bans vary from 1 hour to permanent. Mentioning any contact information will get you banned for 24 hours, being rude (calling names) will get you banned for a week and possibly result in account termination, for example. Note that we keep track of members who get banned and repeat violations will result in permanent chat ban and/or account termination.
